Phenomenal Women of the Web looks for women who own, design, and maintain outstanding web pages. (This is not a site award. PWOTW honors particular women, not particular web sites.)

Glowe Awards are presented for excellence in graphics, layout, content, and load time. Since February 1998, Glowe has reviewed almost 3000 sites and awarded less than 1% of them. The Stablegirl's Lair received the Honorable Mention for the week of August 27-September 7th, 1998.

The K.C.E Award for Online Excellence is for outstanding sites that offer free services to the Web community.

The SNIN Nominee Award is based on "clarity, cleanliness, depth of information, thorough presentation, good design, and layout."

The Team Creations Star Site Gold Award is based on loading speed, use of graphics, links, theme and overall layout. Less than one percent of all sites reviewed receive this award.
